Mercure Hotel Chartist Tower

Chartist Tower is currently the tallest building in Newport.

Hotel development is seen as an important step towards meeting the additional demand for space.

This demand was created by the International Convention Centre (ICC) Wales, which opened in September 2019.

16 Floors (32 flights of stairs) have NSL16 Genesis nosing installed to prevent slips and falls
