Cotswold House Retirement Apartments

With brand-new construction required for the Cotswold retirement apartments. Safety with a perfect finish is an absolute necessity.

Two new staircases had to be made safe within the apartments, Genesis NHD stair nosing was specified to help prevent slips and falls. With DDA and building regulation certification – the NHD profile was a perfect choice.

The NSA angle was installed at both staircases to both provide a safe edge and perfect finish that complimented the inside decoration. Also installed at the staircases, the landing trim NTL was installed to conceal the edge of the floorcovering and stair edging for a tidy finish.

Following on from the staircases, the corridor transitions had TVN aluminum angle edge installed, as a flooring transition was required between carpet tiles and LVT flooring.

This brand-new installation was completed by The Carpet Shop Swindon Ltd. Under the guidance of owner Howard Griffiths and support from Richard Howells of the Genesis flooring team.
